As Founder and Manager of Rocima Publishing, he is passionate about helping writers bring their stories to life through professional publishing services, personal guidance, and a commitment to quality.

Julie Ann is Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Rocima Publishing, overseeing the systems and processes that ensure every author's project is handled with care and attention to detail. Her focus on organization, creativity, and excellence helps create a smooth and professional publishing experience for every writer.
